Pesto Sauce Recipe with Video
Ingredients
- 50 g fresh basil leaves, washed and drained,
- 1/2 cup olive oil,
- 3 tbsps pine nuts,
- 2 tbsps walnuts,
- 3 tbsps grated parmesan cheese,
- 2 garlic cloves,
- 1 tsp salt.
Preparation
- In a skillet saute pine nuts for 2-3 mins.,
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until pureed.
