- 10 small sizde potatoes,
- 3 tsps pesto sauce,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 3-4 black peppercorn,
- 1 lt water,
- 1 roasted red pepper.
- Wash and drain potatoes,
- Transfer poattoes into a pan and add water,
- Add salt and black peppercorns,
- Cook until the potatoes are tender,
- Drain potatoes and cut into 2 or 4 pieces,
- In a bowl combine with pesto sauce,
- Sprinkle chopped roasted red pepper on top.
