Mini Mole Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

For Cake;

  • 4 eggs,
  • 1/4 cup sugar,
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil,
  • 1/2 cup milk,
  • 1 cup flour,
  • 2 scoopful of cocoa powder,
  • 1 tsp baking powder.

For Filling Cream;

  • 2 cups milk,
  • 1 cup flour,
  • 1/2 cup sugar,
  • 1 scoopful of cocoa powder,
  • 20 g chocolate.

For Filling;

  • 2 bananas.

For Topping;

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts.

Preparation

  1. For cream beat milk, flour, sugar, cocoa powder in a sauce pan,
  2. Cook constantly stirring until set,
  3. Add chocolate, mix and remove from heat,
  4. Stir occasionally until cools,
  5. For cake beat aggs and sugar together,
  6. Add milk and oil, mix,
  7. Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, mif well,
  8. Pour the batter into a baking pan covered with parchement paper,
  9. Bake in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven for 10 mins.,
  10. Set aside to cool,
  11. Cut with round cookie molds or a large mouth glass,
  12. Pulse the remaining cake pieces with hazelnuts into crumbs,
  13. Put a slice of banana on each cake base,
  14. Pour some cream filling and cover with cake+hazelnuts crumbs.
