Piano Cake Recipe
I have a delicious cake recipe for you today. This is actually a cake stuck in between. For example, its name is cake, but it has a cake atmosphere with its cream on it. It kind of reminds me of a crying cake. But instead of whipped cream, it has its own cream. At first glance, it has an air of tiramisu due to the cocoa on it. But the cream is much lighter than tiramisu.
The cake has a soft texture like a sponge. It goes well with the cream. Since I don't like sugary desserts, I used as little sugar as possible. If you like it more sugary, you can increase the amount of sugar for the cake and cream by half a tea glass.
I think it is a very suitable recipe to serve with tea, especially to guests who will come after dinner. If you make a plain cake, you may need to put something salty next to it as the plate will look empty. But with this cake image, it fills the plate even by itself.
