Low Calorie Spinach Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken breast, chopped,
- 250 g spinach, chopped,
- 250 g ıspanak,
- 2 large eggs,
- 1 cup low fat milk,
- 1/2 tsp pepper,
- 1 tsp chilli,
- Salt,
- 50 g low fat mozzarella, grated,
- 2 tsps vegetable oil.
Preparation
- Put chicken into a large pan and cook until golden in some parts,
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat,
- Grease 12 muffin molds with oil,
- Divide he chicken+spinach mixture into the molds,
- In a different bowl beat eggs with salt and spices,
- Add milk and mix well,
- Pour the mixture on top of spinach and chicken,
- Sprinkle mozzarella on top,
- Bake in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven until golden.
