Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken breast, chopped,
  • 250 g spinach, chopped,
  • 250 g ıspanak,
  • 2 large eggs,
  • 1 cup low fat milk,
  • 1/2 tsp pepper,
  • 1 tsp chilli,
  • Salt,
  • 50 g low fat mozzarella, grated,
  • 2 tsps vegetable oil.

Preparation

  1. Put chicken into a large pan and cook until golden in some parts,
  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat,
  3. Grease 12 muffin molds with oil,
  4. Divide he chicken+spinach mixture into the molds,
  5. In a different bowl beat eggs with salt and spices,
  6. Add milk and mix well,
  7. Pour the mixture on top of spinach and chicken,
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella on top,
  9. Bake in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven until golden.
