Ingredients
- 3 eggs,
- 1 cup sugar,
- 1 cup whole milk,
- 3/4 cup neutral oil,
- 2 cups of flour,
- 2 tbsps cocoa powder,
- 1/2 ground hazelnuts,
- 10 g baking powder.
Preparation
- Cream together the eggs and sugar until white and frothy,
- Add the milk and oil and whisk,
- Add the flour slowly while whisking until you get a smooth batter,
- Add baking powder and whisk,
- Pour 1/3 of the batter into a different bowl and add hazelnuts into it and whisk,
- Add cocoa powder into the 2/3 of the batter and mix well,
- Pour half of the cocoa batter into a greased cake pan,
- Pour all of the hazelnut batter on top and pour the remaining cocoa batter on top of the hazelnut batter,
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-45 mins.
