Pistachio Marble Muffin Recipe
Serving : 6-8 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 eggs,
- 3/4 cup sugar,
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
- 1 cup milk,
- 2.5 cups flour,
- 25 g baking powder,
- 1 tablespoon cocoa,
- 1 tablespoon powdered pistachios.
Preparation
- Combine eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat well,
- Stir in milk and vegetable oil,
- Combine flour and baking powder in a medium sized bowl,
- Lightly fold the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat well,
- Take half of the mixture into a separate bowl and add pistachios,
- Add cocoa to the remaining mixture and stir,
- Spoon the batter to the muffin tins respectively,
- First put A spoon of cacao mixture and than a spoon of pistachio mixture into the tins and mix,
- Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
