Frozen Chocolate and Coffe Parfait Recipe Frozen Chocolate and Coffe Parfait RecipeIngredients:

For chocolate layer;

  • 200 ml heavy cream,
  • 160 g bitter chocolate,
  • 5 petit beurre biscuits.

For coffee layer;

  • 200 ml heavy cream,
  • 3 tbsp confectioners sugar,
  • 1 tsp Turkish coffe or instant coffee,
  • 5 petit beurre biscuits.

Preparation:

  1. For chocolate layer heat the cream in a sauce pan,
  2. Remove from heat and add into the chocolate, stir until melts,
  3. Crush the biscuits coarsely and add into the chocolate+cream mixture and stir well,
  4. Cover a 21 cm bakeware with plastic wrap,
  5. Pour the chocolate layer into the bakingware,
  6. For coffee layer beat the heavy cream together with the confectioners sugar,
  7. Add coffee and mix well,
  8. Crush the biscuits coarsely and add into the coffee+cream mixture and stir well,
  9. Pour the mixture over the chocolate layer,
  10. Put ito the freezer and set aside overnight before serving.
