Frozen Chocolate and Coffe Parfait Recipe
Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
For chocolate layer;
- 200 ml heavy cream,
- 160 g bitter chocolate,
- 5 petit beurre biscuits.
For coffee layer;
- 200 ml heavy cream,
- 3 tbsp confectioners sugar,
- 1 tsp Turkish coffe or instant coffee,
- 5 petit beurre biscuits.
Preparation
- For chocolate layer heat the cream in a sauce pan,
- Remove from heat and add into the chocolate, stir until melts,
- Crush the biscuits coarsely and add into the chocolate+cream mixture and stir well,
- Cover a 21 cm bakeware with plastic wrap,
- Pour the chocolate layer into the bakingware,
- For coffee layer beat the heavy cream together with the confectioners sugar,
- Add coffee and mix well,
- Crush the biscuits coarsely and add into the coffee+cream mixture and stir well,
- Pour the mixture over the chocolate layer,
- Put ito the freezer and set aside overnight before serving.
