Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 long green peppers,
  • 1 tablespoon tomato or pepper paste,
  • 2 teaspoons paprika,
  • Vegetable oil,
  • Salt,
  • Black pepper.

Preparation

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes,
  2. Finely chop the onion,
  3. Sauté in oil until translucent,
  4. Add in the chopped peppers
  5. When the peppers are softened, add in the tomato paste and paprika and cook for 3 mins,
  6. Stir in the mashed potatoes and cook for 5 mins,
