Pan-Fried Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes,
 - 1 onion,
 - 2 long green peppers,
 - 1 tablespoon tomato or pepper paste,
 - 2 teaspoons paprika,
 - Vegetable oil,
 - Salt,
 - Black pepper.
 
Preparation
- Boil and mash the potatoes,
 - Finely chop the onion,
 - Sauté in oil until translucent,
 - Add in the chopped peppers
 - When the peppers are softened, add in the tomato paste and paprika and cook for 3 mins,
 - Stir in the mashed potatoes and cook for 5 mins,
