Baked Whole Potatoes Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 6 small potatoes with skin on,
- Water to boil,
- Black pepper,
- Salt,
- Red pepper flakes (optional),
- Olive oil.
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes,
- Tap dry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper,
- Using a fork or a masher, press the potatoes down without mashing them completely,
- Pour some olive oil over them,
- Sprinkle salt, freshly ground black pepper and red pepper flakes,
- Bake at 220 degrees celsius until the sides are golden brown.
