Baked Whole Potatoes Recipe Baked Whole Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 small potatoes with skin on,
  • Water to boil,
  • Black pepper,
  • Salt,
  • Red pepper flakes (optional),
  • Olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes,
  2. Tap dry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper,
  3. Using a fork or a masher, press the potatoes down without mashing them completely,
  4. Pour some olive oil over them,
  5. Sprinkle salt, freshly ground black pepper and red pepper flakes,
  6. Bake at 220 degrees celsius until the sides are golden brown.
