How To Freeze Bush Beans?

Preparation

1. Wash and drain beans,
2. Cut in halves,
3. Boil 4 lt water in a deep pan,
4. Add beans,
5. Boil for 3-5 mins., until their colour becomes a dark green,
6. Drain beans and immediately put into ice cold water,
7. Wait for 2-3 mins and drain,
8. Share tomatoes into 5 ziplocks,
9. Put beans on top of tomatoes and close the bags, trying to remove all the air inside,
10. Put in the freezer,
11. While using you don't have to defrost, you can use immediately after removing from freezer,
12. You can keep it in the freezer up to 1 year.
