- Green bell pepper,
- Crumbled feta cheese,
- Black cumin seeds for decoration.
- Remove the seeds of the peppers,
- Roast them in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius until soft but still retaining their shape,
- Remove from oven and stuff / fill with feta cheese crumbles,
- Top each stuffed pepper with a slice of tomato,
- Put them back into the oven until fully tender,
- Decorate with black cumin seeds and serve.
