Ingredients:
- 2 green peppers,
- 2 red peppers,
- 2 yellow peppers,
- 2 orange peppers,
- 250 gr feta cheese or cottage cheese,
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Wash and drain the peppers,
- Remove the seeds and stalks,
- Chop in circles,
- In a deep bowl combine chopped peppers with salt and vegetable oil,
- Spread them yo a bakeware and bake at 190 C degrees until tender,
- Remove from oven and add cheese and mix well,
- Bake again for 10-15 mins. more,
