Ingredients

  • 4-5 red peppers,
  • 300 gr. feta cheese,
  • 1 handful minced greens (green onions, dill, parsley).

Preparation

  1. Cut the peppers in half,
  2. Remove the seeds,
  3. Stir together the crumbled feta cheese and minced greens,
  4. Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture,
  5. Bake at 200 degrees celsius preheated oven until the sides are slightly browned.
