- 4-5 red peppers,
- 300 gr. feta cheese,
- 1 handful minced greens (green onions, dill, parsley).
- Cut the peppers in half,
- Remove the seeds,
- Stir together the crumbled feta cheese and minced greens,
- Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture,
- Bake at 200 degrees celsius preheated oven until the sides are slightly browned.
