Crunchy Feta Cheese Bars
On the weekend, I chose a delicious breakfast recipe with little ingredients. I am a total sesame nut. I choose the most sesame bread on the bread, I like buns with lots of sesame seeds, in short, I love everything that has sesame on it. This sesame-rich recipe has become like nirvana for me. Especially when it is white cheese, which I can call my source of life, it has become my favorite flavor of recent times.
It is very simple in its making logic, but it can be a bit annoying when doing it. Normally, I think you are already familiar with frying an ingredient with flour, egg and breadcrumbs. This recipe is prepared with the same logic, except that sesame is used instead of breadcrumbs.
When making the coating, make sure that the cheese is too much on each ingredient. If there are places that are exposed, the cheese may melt and overflow during cooking, which spoils its appearance.
- 6 slices low-fat feta cheese,
- 1 egg,
- 1 cup flour,
- 1 cup sesame seeds.
- Beat the egg,
- Coat feta cheese slices first with flour, then egg and sesame seeds at last,
- Place a parchement paper on a baking pan,
- Place cheese bars on parchement paper,
- Bake in a 230 C degrees oven until golden.
