Coconut Chocolate Bars Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120 g of bitter chocolate,
  • 100 ml heavy cream,
  • 2 cups of coconut.

Preparation

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan (do not let it boil),
  2. Remove from the heat,
  3. Add into 80 g chocolate and stir until melts,
  4. Add the coconut and mix well,
  5. Pour the mixture into a 15 * 15 cm mold and press to flatten,
  6. Put the mold into the freezer for 15 mins.,
  7. Remove from the freezer,
  8. Melt the remainin chocolate and pour over the coconut bar,
  9. Sprinkle grated coconut over,
  10. Set aside in the fridge until the chocolate chills,
  11. Cut into 3 cm square slices.
