Chocolate Truffle Recipe

Chocolate Balls RecipeChocolate Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. petit beurre biscuits (or any other biscuits you like),
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar,
  • 25 gr. cocoa powder,
  • 40 gr. butter,
  • 25 gr. vanilla powder,
  • 1 cup hazelnuts,
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 80 gr. bitter-sweet chocolate,
  • 80 gr. semi-sweet chocolate.

Preparation:

  1. Process the biscuits and hazelnuts separately in a food processor until they turn into powder,
  2. Melt the butter,
  3. Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate in a large bowl using you hands,
  4. Form smooth walnut-size balls out of the mixture,
  5. Melt the chocolate in microwave,
  6. Dip the truffles into melted chocolate using a small spoon,
  7. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper,
  8. Decorate with crushed pistachios, hazelnuts or coconut (optional),
  9. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets and serve.
