- 3 cups milk,
- 2 tbsp cornstarch,
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder,
- 3/4 cup sugar,
- 2 egg yolks,
- 1 scoopful of butter.
- In a deep pan combine cornstarch, sugar and cocoa powder together,
- Add milk step by step and beat,
- Add egg yolks and beat,
- Cook in low heat, constantly stirring, until set,
- Add butter and cook until melts,
- Remove from heat and keep beating until it comes at room temperature,
- Por into cups and garnish with chocolate and fresh mint.
