Ingredients:
- 20 dates,
- 20 dried apricots,
- 1 cup chopped hazelnuts,
- 1/2 cup grated coconuts.
Preparation:
- Put apricots in hot water and set aside for 15 mins.,
- Remove the seeds of the dates,
- In a food processor gring dates and apricots until you reach a dough like mixture,
- In a seperate bowl mix date+apricot mixture and hazelnut together and knead,
- Spread the dough into a 15×15 cm square dish and press,
- Cut into 3×3 cm squares,
- Coat the squares with grated coconut.
