Homemade Banana Pudding Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 lt milk,
- 4 tbsp conflour,
- 1 egg yolk,
- 3/4 cup sugar,
- 2 large bananas,
- 1 tbsp butter,
- 10 g vanilla sugar.
Preparation
- Blend bananas until creamy,
- In a large pan combine milk, cornflour, egg yolk and sugar together, mix well,
- Cook constantly stirring until set,
- Add butter, banana puree and vanilla sugar and cook for another 2-3 mins.,
- Pour into service cups,
- Serve cold.
