Bean Stew With Beef
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups of dried beans,
- 250 g chopped beef,
- 1 onion,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 1 tsp ground chilli,
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- 3-3,5 water cup water at room temperature,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Soak dried beans in warm water overnight or at least 2 hours,
- Heat pressured cooker,
- Add the beef and sutee in high heat until it changes color,
- Add vegetable oil, stir well,
- Add the onion and sautee until the the onions soften,
- Add the tomato paste and sautee for a few mins.,
- Add the chilli and stir,
- Drain the beans and add to the beef,
- Add water and cover the lid and cook until beans are tender,
- Open the lid and add salt, stir and remove from heat.
