Ingredients
- 1 kg peeled sole fish,
- 4 tbsp olive oil,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- In a deep bowl combine fishes, olive oil, garlic and salt together,,
- Place a parchement paper onto a baking pan,
- Place fishes on parchement paper,
- Bake in a 190 C Degrees pre-heated oven until golden in the edges.
