Baked Sole Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg peeled sole fish,
  • 4 tbsp olive oil,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. In a deep bowl combine fishes, olive oil, garlic and salt together,,
  2. Place a parchement paper onto a baking pan,
  3. Place fishes on parchement paper,
  4. Bake in a 190 C Degrees pre-heated oven until golden in the edges.
