Baked Anchovy Skewer Recipe

Baked Anchovy Skewer Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 kg fresh anchovy fish,
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil,,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Clean the fish and cut / pinch off the head part,
  2. Remove the bones,
  3. Roll fish and thread on the wood skewers,
  4. Pour oil and sprinkle salt all over,
  5. Place the skewers in between the edges of a aluminium foil covered baking dish, the fish shall not touch the base of the dish,
  6. Bake in a 220 C degrees preheated oven for 20 mins.,
  7. Remove from oven and turn upside down,
  8. Bake for another 5 mins.
