- 1 kg fresh anchovy fish,
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil,,
- Salt to taste.
- Clean the fish and cut / pinch off the head part,
- Remove the bones,
- Roll fish and thread on the wood skewers,
- Pour oil and sprinkle salt all over,
- Place the skewers in between the edges of a aluminium foil covered baking dish, the fish shall not touch the base of the dish,
- Bake in a 220 C degrees preheated oven for 20 mins.,
- Remove from oven and turn upside down,
- Bake for another 5 mins.
