Baked Hamsi (Anchovy) Skewer Recipe

 

Serving : 2-4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh anchovy fish,
  • 2 tbsps olive oil,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation

  1. Clean the fish and cut / pinch off the head part,
  2. Remove the bones,
  3. Roll fish and thread on the wood skewers,
  4. Pour olive oil and sprinkle salt all over,
  5. Place the skewers into a baking tray covered with parchement paper,
  6. Bake in a 220 C degrees preheated oven until they release water and then the water is evaporated.
