Baked Hamsi (Anchovy) Skewer Recipe
Serving : 2-4 Servings
- 1 kg fresh anchovy fish,
- 2 tbsps olive oil,
- Salt to taste.
- Clean the fish and cut / pinch off the head part,
- Remove the bones,
- Roll fish and thread on the wood skewers,
- Pour olive oil and sprinkle salt all over,
- Place the skewers into a baking tray covered with parchement paper,
- Bake in a 220 C degrees preheated oven until they release water and then the water is evaporated.
