Baked Bonito Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 mid-sized bonito fish, cut into slices,
- 1 small onion,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Juice of 1/2 lemon,
- 1/24 cup vegetable oil,
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Grate onion and garlic into a deep bowl,
- Add lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt and pepper,
- Add sliced fish and combine well,
- Set aside for at least 15 mins. max 2 hours,
- Place a parchement paper into a baking dish,
- Place fish slices onto the parcheent paper,
- Bake until golden in the edges in a 200 C degrees pre-heated oven.
