- 2 bream fish (cleaned),

- Heat the grill in highes heat degree,
- Place the fishes on the grill, lower the heatin the medium degree,
- Grill until the upside is golden brown and inside is white, then turn unpside down and grill until upside is golden brown and inside is white again.
