Turkish Style Sauteed Meat Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 500 g chopped beef,
 - 1 onion,
 - 2 red peppers,
 - 4 green peppers,
 - 10 mushrooms,
 - 2 tomatoes,
 - 1 tbsp tomato paste,
 - 2 tsps ground red pepper,
 - 1/4 cup olive oil,
 - 2 cups water,
 - Salt and pepper to taste.
 
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion, peppers and tomato, and mudhrooms,
 - Heat the oil in a pressured cooker,
 - Add beef and cook until brown,
 - Add tomato paste and ground red pepper and cook for 2 mins,
 - Add 2 cups of hot water,
 - Cover the lid and cook for 25 mins,
 - Open the lid and add onion, mushroom and peppers and cook on medium heat until softened,
 - Add the tomato and cook until it absorbs all the water it initially releases,
 - Add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
