- 2 eggs,
- 2 cups of oatmeal,
- 2 tablespoons honey,
- 1/2 cup of hazel nuts, grounded,
- 1 apple, finely chopped,
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Beat the eggs in a deep bowl,
- Add honey, nuts and cinnamon and beat,
- Add the apples and oatmeal and stir well,
- Take small pieces from the mixture and squeeze them with your hand to make a ball,
- Place in a baking sheet covered with parchemen paper,
- Bake in a 170 C preheated oven until lightly browned.
