Semolina Dessert With Biscuits
Serving : 8-10 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 lt milk,
- 1,5 cup semolina,
- 1,5 cup sugar,
- 1 tbsp butter,
- 1 spoonful of cocoa powder,
- 3-4 tbsp grated coconut,
- 9-10 petit beurre biscuits.
Preparation
- Cover a cake mold with 4 pieces of plastic wrap (in order to remove easily),
- Combine the semolina, sugar and cocoa powder in a deep pan,
- Add milk, stir and cook over low heat until thickened,
- Add butter and mix well, remove from heat,
- Pour 1/3 of the mixture into the cake mold,
- Place the biscuits vertically,
- Pour the remaining mixture on top,
- Set aside to cool,
- Then put in the fridge for 2 hours,
- Turn upside down and remove the dessert from the mold,
- Sprinkle grated coconuts on top.
