Chicken Liver Tomato Soup Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 5 large tomatoes, grated,
- 4 tbsps vegetable oil,
- 2 tbsps flour,
- 5 cups water, at room temperature,
- 100 g chicken livers, diced,
- Salt to taste,
- Thyme to garnish.
Preparation
- Heat 3 tbsps of vegetable oil in a deep pan,
- Add into the flour and cook stirring for a few mins.,
- Add into grated tpmatoes and cook for 10-15 mins., constantly stirring,
- Add into the water, cook until it comes to a proper consistency,
- In a different pan heat the remaining oil,
- Add into the diced livers and cook, constantly wtirring until tender and brownish,
- Pulse the soup with a blender until smooth,
- Add into the cooked livers and salt, stir well,
- Cook for a few mins. more in low heat, then remove from heat,
- Sprinkle over dried thyme while serving.
