Chicken With Vegetables Au Graten

Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts, chopped,
- 3 medium size potatoes,
- 10 mushrooms,
- 1 red pepper,
- 1 cup milk,
- 1 cup heavy cream,
- 1 egg,
- 1 tablespoons flour,
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese / cheddar,
- 1 handful bread crumbs,
- 1 small tomato,
- Salt, black pepper.
Preparation
- Cut the potatoes round,
- Take potatoes and chicken breasts into a pot, add water and boil until soften,
- Slice the mushrooms and pepper finely,
- Heat three tbsps vegetable oil in a large pan, add mushrooms and pepper, sautee until tender,
- Add the chicken and stir,
- Place half of the potatoes in the bottom of a 20 * 30 cm baking pan,
- Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture over,
- Place the remaining potatoes,
- Combine milk, cream, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat well,
- Pour this mixture onto chicken and vegetables,
- Sprinkle on the grated cheese,
- Sprinkle bread crumbs,
- Place sliced tomatoes,
- Bake in a 190 C degrees oven until golden on top,
