- 3 cups of yogurt,
- 1 tsp tahini,
- 1.5 cup water,
- 2 cucumbers,
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- Extra walnuts and chili pepper on top.
- Grate the cucumbers,
- Beat yoghurt and tahini in a deep bowl,
- Add water and beat,
- Add grated cucumbers, crushed garlic, walnuts and salt and mix,
- Take it to the serving bowls and decorate with walnuts and chili pepper.
