Walnuts Caciki Recipe Walnuts Caciki Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of yogurt,
  • 1 tsp tahini,
  • 1.5 cup water,
  • 2 cucumbers,
  • 1/2 cup ground walnuts,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • Salt,
  • Extra walnuts and chili pepper on top.

Preparation:

  1. Grate the cucumbers,
  2. Beat yoghurt and tahini in a deep bowl,
  3. Add water and beat,
  4. Add grated cucumbers, crushed garlic, walnuts and salt and mix,
  5. Take it to the serving bowls and decorate with walnuts and chili pepper.
