- 3 medium size cucumbers,
- 3 cups yogurt,
- 1 cup water,
- 1 clove of garlic, minced,
- 1 tsp dried mint,
- 2 teaspoons salt,
- Olive oil and pepper flakes for topping (optional).
- Whisk together the yogurt, minced garlic, salt and water in a large bowl,
- Peel and coarsely grate the cucumbers,
- Stir the grated cucumbers into the yogurt,
- Add dried mint and mix well,
- Sprinkle pepper flakes and drizzle olive oil whiler serving.
