Ingredients

  • 3 medium size cucumbers,
  • 3 cups yogurt,
  • 1 cup water,
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced,
  • 1 tsp dried mint,
  • 1 punch of chopped dill,
  • 2 teaspoons salt.

Preparation

  1. Whisk together the yogurt, minced garlic, salt and water in a large bowl,
  2. Peel and coarsely grate the cucumbers,
  3. Stir the grated cucumbers into the yogurt,
  4. Add dried mint and chopped dill and mix well.
