Ingredients

  • 500 g of yoghurt,
  • 3 cucumbers,
  • 2-3 garlic cloves,
  • 1 handful of minced dill,
  • Olive oil,
  • Dried mint,
  • Salt.

Preparation

  1. Peel and grate the cucumbers,
  2. Whisk together the yoghurt, crushed garlic, salt and minced dill in a bowl, then add the grated cucumbers and stir,
  3. Place on a serving plate, pour over some good quality olive oil and decorate with dried mint.
