Waterless Cacik (Tzatziki) Recipe

- 500 g of yoghurt,
- 3 cucumbers,
- 2-3 garlic cloves,
- 1 handful of minced dill,
- Olive oil,
- Dried mint,
- Peel and grate the cucumbers,
- Whisk together the yoghurt, crushed garlic, salt and minced dill in a bowl, then add the grated cucumbers and stir,
- Place on a serving plate, pour over some good quality olive oil and decorate with dried mint.
