Walnuts Cacik Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 3 cups of yogurt,
- 1 tsp tahini,
- 1.5 cup water,
- 2 cucumbers,
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- A pinch of chopped fresh mint,
- A pinch of chopped dill,
- Salt,
- Extra walnuts and chili pepper on top.
Preparation
- Grate the cucumbers,
- Beat yoghurt and tahini in a deep bowl,
- Add water and beat,
- Add grated cucumbers, crushed garlic, mint, dill, walnuts and salt and mix,
- Take it to the serving bowls and decorate with walnuts and chili pepper.
