Tomato Bulgur Pilaf Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat bulgur,
- 3 tomatoes,
- 2 cups water,
- 3-4 tbsps olive oil,
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Peel the tomato and cut into small cubes,
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan,
- Add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat until softened,
- Add the rinsed bulgur and stir for 2-3 mins,
- Add the salt, thyme and water, then put the lid on,
- Cook over low heat until all the water is absorbed.
