Carrot Bulgur Pilaf
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur wheat,
- 2 carrots,
- 1 red cayenne pepper,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 2,5 cups hot water,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Peel and thinly grate the carrots,
- Remove the seeds of the pepper and finely dice,
- Melt the butter and add the carrots and pepper,
- Cool on low heat until the vegetables soften,
- Now add the bulgur and stir for 5 mins,
- Add the hot water and salt, stir then put on the lid,
- Cook over low heat until all the water is absorbed.
