Tahini Cauliflower Salad Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 500 g cauliflower, split into tiny florets,
- 1 carrot,,
- 1/2 cup canned corn,
- 1 handful of parsley, chopped,
For Seasoning;
- 1/2 cup tahini,
- 1/2 lemon juice,
- 1/2 cup water,
- 1/2 tsp sugar,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sweet chilli,
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Cook cauliflowers and peeled carrot in steam or boiling water until tender, drain and let cool,
- For seasoning grate the garlic or chop finely,
- Beat all ingredients in a bowl,
- In a different bowl mix cauliflower chopped carrot, canned corn and most of the chopped parsley,
- Pour the seasoning over vegetables and mix well,
- Sprinkle over the rest of the parsley.
