Pudding Rolls With Banana Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml whole fat milk,
  • 3/4 cup flour,
  • 1 tbsp butter,
  • 4 tbsp sugar,
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar,
  • 1 cup grated coconut,
  • 2 bananas.

Preparation:

  1. In a pan whisk milk, flour and sugar,
  2. Constantly stirring cook until dense,
  3. Add butter and cook until it melts,
  4. Remove from heat, add vanilla sufar and mix well,
  5. Place a parchement paper on a 25*45 cm baking sheet,
  6. Sprinkle grated coconut on parchment paper evenly,
  7. Pour the puding on grated coconut evenly,
  8. Set aside until cool,
  9. Peel and cut bananas in half,
  10. Place them in longer edge of puding and roll,
  11. Cut into 6-7 cm slices and serve.
