Stale Muffin Dessert
Serving : 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 stale muffins of any kind,
- 1/2 cup milk to sop muffins,
- 1 lt milk,
- 3 spoonfull of cornstach,
- 2 spoonfull of flour,
- 3/4 cup sugar,
- 1 tbsp butter,,
- 1 package vanilin sugar,
- Cacao powder for topping.
Preparation
- In a pan combine and beat milk, flour and cornstarch,
- Add sugar and cook constantly stirring until thickens,
- Remove from heat,
- Add butter and vanilin sugar and mix well,
- Sop muffins with 1/2 cup milk,
- Rinse 4 bowls with cold water,
- Pour pudding until half,
- Put muffins in the middle and cover with pudding,
- Set aside until room temperature and then put in the fridge,
- After they are cold enough turn cups upside down into a plate,
- Sprinkle caco powder.
