Banana Pudding Rolls Recipe

Serving : 6 servings
Ingredients
- 500 ml whole fat milk,
 - 3/4 cup flour,
 - 1 tbsp butter,
 - 4 tbsp sugar,
 - 1 tbsp vanilla sugar,
 - 1 cup grated coconut,
 - 2 bananas.
 
Preparation
- In a pan whisk milk, flour and sugar,
 - Constantly stirring cook until dense,
 - Add butter and cook until it melts,
 - Remove from heat, add vanilla sufar and mix well,
 - Place a parchement paper on a 25*45 cm baking sheet,
 - Sprinkle grated coconut on parchment paper evenly,
 - Pour the puding on grated coconut evenly,
 - Set aside until cool,
 - Peel and cut bananas in half,
 - Place them in longer edge of puding and roll,
 - Cut into 6-7 cm slices and serve.
