Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes,
  • 250 g broccoli,
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas,
  • 3 cloves garlic,
  • 1 tbsp olive oil,
  • 1.5 cups yogurt,
  • A handful of arugula,
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise,
  • 1 tsp whole-grain mustard,
  • Juice of half a lemon,
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes,
  • Salt.

How to make steps

Preparation

  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper,
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes, then spread them on the tray,
  3. Add the chickpeas and garlic,
  4. Spray with oil and sprinkle with salt,
  5. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven until the broccoli softens,
