Creamy Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli, chopped,
  • 1 onion, chopped,
  • 1 carrot, cut into cubes,
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas,
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream,
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and add onions,
  2. Saute for a few mins.,
  3. Add carrots and saute a mins. more,
  4. Add broccoli and stir well,
  5. Cover the lid and cook until tender,
  6. Add heavy cream, chickpeas and salt, cook for a few mins. more, then remove from heat.
