Ingredients

  • 1 orange,
  • 1 apple,
  • 1 banana,
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal,
  • 1 tsp chia seed,
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed,
  • 2 tsps pumpkin seeds,
  • Raspberry.

Preparation

  1. Peel orange, apple and banana and chop them into a long and deep container,
  2. Add oatmeal, chia seed and flaxseed into it,
  3. Pulse the blender until the mixture is smooth,
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls,
  5. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and raspberries.
