Orange Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 orange,
- 1 apple,
- 1 banana,
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal,
- 1 tsp chia seed,
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed,
- 2 tsps pumpkin seeds,
- Raspberry.
Preparation
- Peel orange, apple and banana and chop them into a long and deep container,
- Add oatmeal, chia seed and flaxseed into it,
- Pulse the blender until the mixture is smooth,
- Divide the mixture into two bowls,
- Garnish with pumpkin seeds and raspberries.
