After the arugula salad with hellim cheese this summer, the second thing I was addicted to was cocoa and banana smoothie. The most common thing Yasin does for night craving is to blend banana and milk together. One day he asked me if I wanted also. I was craving too, but was not willing to go for banana milk. I said, how about we put cocoa in it? He said let’s try and gave it a try. And our life was never the same again. It has become our favorite snack. A delicious and light drink. What more could we ask for?
The only trick I can give about the recipe is about the sweetness. Since we use lactose-free milk and lactose-free milk is already sweet, the sweetness of the banana is sufficient. But sweetness a person will need will vary. So what do we do? In every recipe that calls for sugar, we taste and adjust the amount of sugar accordingly. So there’s no sugar in the recipe? I say so, but please add if you need:)
Enjoy the recipe…
