Grapefruit and Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

Serving : 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit,
  • 2 small or 1 large kiwi,
  • 2 cups of plain kefir (or yogurt),
  • 2 tablespoons honey,
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal,
  • 1 sweet spoonful of ground flaxseed.

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop the fruits,
  2. Take the chopped grapefruit and kiwi, kefir, honey, oatmeal andflaxseed into a blender and blend until smooth,
  3. Share smoothie into service cups.
