- 1 grapefruit,
- 2 small or 1 large kiwi,
- 2 cups of plain kefir (or yogurt),
- 2 tablespoons honey,
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal,
- 1 sweet spoonful of ground flaxseed.
- Peel and chop the fruits,
- Take the chopped grapefruit and kiwi, kefir, honey, oatmeal andflaxseed into a blender and blend until smooth,
- Share smoothie into service cups.
