Metabolism Booster Salad Recipe
Serving : 1 Serving
Ingredients
- 3 stalks of green onions,
- 5 lettuce leaves,
- 6 stalks of rocket,
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves,
- 1 handful of parsley,
- 1 kiwi,
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger,
- 2-3 dried chilli pepper flakes,
- Juice of 1/2 lemon,
- 1 tbsp olive oil,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Chop the green leaves and transfer into a large bowl,
- Dice the kiwi and add into chopped leaves,
- Combine lemon juice, olive oil, pepper flakes, ginger and salt and mix well,
- Pour the sauce over the salad and mix.
