Serving : 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 3 stalks of green onions,
  • 5 lettuce leaves,
  • 6 stalks of rocket,
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves,
  • 1 handful of parsley,
  • 1 kiwi,
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger,
  • 2-3 dried chilli pepper flakes,
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon,
  • 1 tbsp olive oil,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation

  1. Chop the green leaves and transfer into a large bowl,
  2. Dice the kiwi and add into chopped leaves,
  3. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, pepper flakes, ginger and salt and mix well,
  4. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix.
