Tabbouleh Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup fine bulghur,
- 1 cup of boiling water,
- 1 tomato,
- 1 cucumber,
- A small bunch of fresh mint,
- A small bunch of parsley,
- 4-5 leaves of lettuce,
- 2 stalks green onions,
- 2 tablespoons olive oil,
- Juice of a half lemon,
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate sauce,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Combine the bulghur, water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan,
- Wait for 10 minutes to drain,
- Wash, dry and finely mince the green vegetables,
- Chop the tomatoes and cucumber in the size of a backgammon dice,
- Take a deep bowl mix well all ingredients.
