- 160 g milk chocolate,
- 100 ml heavy cream,
- 1,5 cups hazelnuts,
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
- Heat the cream in a sauce pan and remove from heat,
- Add in the chocolate and stir until melts,
- Pulse the hazelnuts and cocoa powder in a food processor until liquid,
- Stir the two mixtures together,
- Pou into a glass jar and seal,
- Keep in the refrigirator.
