Chocolate And Hazelnut Wet Cake Recipe
Serving : 6-8 Servings
Ingredients
- 4 eggs,
- 1 cup whole milk,
- 1,5 cups granulated sugar,
- 3 cup all purpose flour,
- 240 gr chocolate,
- 50 gr cocoa powder,
- 200 gr butter,
- 1 cup water,
- 1 teaspoon baking soda,
- 1 handfull crushed hazelnuts,
- 2 tablespoons Nutella.
Preparation
- Add the water, butter and chocolate in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the chocolate melts while stirring,
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until creamy,
- Add the milk to the chocolate mixture and stir,
- Sift together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl,
- Mix together the chocolate mixture and the egg mixture and whisk well,
- Add the dry ingredients slowly into the wet mixture while whisking,
- Coat the coarsely chopped hazelnuts with a little flour and stir into the batter,
- Pour half of the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment,
- Using a teaspoon, drop dollops of Nutella evenly all over the batter,
- Pour the rest of the batter on top,
- Bake in a 180 degrees celsius oven for 45 mins.
