Chocolate And Hazelnut Wet Cake Recipe Chocolate And Hazelnut Wet Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs,
  • 1 cup whole milk,
  • 1,5 cups granulated sugar,
  • 3 cup all purpose flour,
  • 240 gr chocolate,
  • 50 gr cocoa powder,
  • 200 gr butter,
  • 1 cup water,
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda,
  • 1 handfull crushed hazelnuts,
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella.

Preparation:

  1. Add the water, butter and chocolate in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the chocolate melts while stirring,
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar until creamy,
  3. Add the milk to the chocolate mixture and stir,
  4. Sift together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl,
  5. Mix together the chocolate mixture and the egg mixture and whisk well,
  6. Add the dry ingredients slowly into the wet mixture while whisking,
  7. Coat the coarsely chopped hazelnuts with a little flour and stir into the batter,
  8. Pour half of the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment,
  9. Using a teaspoon, drop dollops of Nutella evenly all over the batter,
  10. Pour the rest of the batter on top,
  11. Bake in a 180 degrees celsius oven for 45 mins.
