Nutella Filled Coconut Cookies
I took the recipe to a new dimension by adding an addition to the coconut cookie recipe that I shared before. Everyone who tried it, including me, loved it. The combination of coconut and chocolate is great. In this case, when the consistency of chocolate is fluid, this harmony reaches a legendary dimension, believe me.
Since the shaping phase of the recipe requires some dexterity, I did not neglect to prepare the video recipe. But unfortunately it is not published yet. I will try to share the video within this week. If you have made kibbeh before, try this recipe without thinking. It can be called the petite version of kibbeh.
It is a recipe with few ingredients. I especially use only 1 egg white. Egg yolks are often used to season soups or spread on pastries. So I usually have 1 egg white left. I came up with the coconut cookie recipe especially for use in these situations. I adhered to this principle in this recipe as well. If you wish, you can increase the number of pieces by increasing the egg white proportionally with the other ingredients.
